Practice Better,
Together.
The Practitioner Community is where assessment-based coaches sharpen their craft — through peer cohorts, live CPD sessions, facilitation workshops, and a professional network that takes the work seriously.
Built for practitioners who take assessment seriously.
Not a Facebook group. Not a Slack workspace with 4,000 inactive members. A structured professional community organized around deliberate practice.
Small-group cohorts (8-12 members) organized by experience level and specialty. Monthly facilitated case consultations where you bring a real client scenario and work through it with peers who use the same tools.
Monthly webinars and workshops that qualify for ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits. Topics range from advanced debrief facilitation and multi-framework synthesis to assessment ethics and organizational applications.
Quarterly intensive workshops focused on specific facilitation challenges: handling defensive reactions to feedback, adapting debriefs for team settings, working with clients in high-stakes performance contexts.
An asynchronous discussion forum organized by framework and application domain. Ask questions, share interpretive challenges, post interesting case observations. Searchable and moderated for quality.
A curated calendar of community events, external training opportunities, ICF chapter events, and PI-hosted programming. All tagged by framework relevance, format, and CCE credit availability.
Dedicated resources for practitioners pursuing or renewing ICF credentials. Study groups, credential-aligned CPD tracking, and peer mentorship from credentialed coaches already in the community.
How peer cohorts work.
Cohorts are the core of the community — not an add-on. Every Professional and Enterprise subscriber is placed in a matched cohort based on experience, focus area, and schedule.
Meet your cohort. Establish working agreements, share your practice context, and identify the assessment challenges you want to work on together over the cohort cycle.
Monthly 90-minute facilitated sessions. Each member takes a turn presenting a real (anonymized) client case for group consultation. Structured feedback protocol, not open-ended conversation.
Review what the cohort worked on, document key learning, and decide whether to continue together or roll into a new cohort configuration for the next cycle.
