No. ICF credentials are not required to join the waitlist or access the platform. The platform is designed with credentialed coaches as the primary audience, but anyone can join. If you're pursuing a credential, you'll find the CPD programming and community particularly useful.
If you join the waitlist and convert to a paid subscription when the platform launches, the rate you pay at launch is the rate you pay for as long as you maintain an active subscription. We will raise prices for new subscribers after the founding cohort closes — but your rate will not change. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll pay the then-current rate.
We're onboarding the founding cohort now and building toward a full platform launch. Founding cohort members will receive access before the public launch, with an exact date communicated via email as we get closer. If you're on the waitlist, you'll know before anyone else.
No. Joining the waitlist is free and requires no payment information. We'll send you details about confirming your founding cohort spot and entering payment information when the platform is ready to onboard you.

We review waitlist submissions in batches and will reach out with your cohort placement details, founding member pricing confirmation, and onboarding steps. The entire process from waitlist to live account takes less than a week once you're in a confirmed batch.
Yes — select "Organization / Employer" from the role dropdown. Organizational deployment is a Year 2 roadmap item, but we're documenting organizational interest now to inform the build and to reach out to interested organizations first when the org tier enters beta.
The platform launches with DISC, Big Five (OCEAN), and Emotional Intelligence. Enneagram, Values Assessment, and Leadership Styles follow in subsequent releases. Multi-framework synthesis reports become available once a client has completed assessments in more than one framework.
